We are looking for someone with at least 2 years customer service experience. Those without it, please do not apply.
This is a full time paid position with a competitive base salary and commission. Great opportunity to grow every year.
Responsibilities:
• Use robust Ecommerce tools to track customer order details
• Answer routine order inquiries via phone, email or marketplace message center
• Calm upset customers when there is an issue with order processing
• Solving customer issues to ensure satisfied customers
• Communicate with customers about store policies
• Identify opportunities to up sell customers
• Solve order and inventory related issues
• Answer customer inquiries via E-mail and chat
Qualifications:
• Prior Ecommerce experience is a MUST. Those without need not apply.
• Strong abilities to problem solve
• Extremely detail oriented and structured
• Ability to sound professional on the phone
• Ability to answer calls and handle live chat questions
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
• Passion for quality customer experience
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
