I recently purchased a bracelet from Frost. At first, it came without the diamond cut requested but when reaching out through support Gianna was incredibly helpful and knowledge. She assisted me with returning my item, as well as increasing the length + mm for the bracelet while they worked on remaking a new item with the diamond cut. She was able to answer all my questions and was super courteous. We were super happy with our final product when we got it and my boyfriend absolutely loved it. His birthday / becoming a father, Father’s Day gift. Only reason for 4 stores was Mirna on the other hand was not so helpful nor didn’t seem to care too much despite it being an error on Frosts end and it being a time sensitive gift. That aside we are definitely happy!!
